Our Parsons Farm Honey is one product in our lineup that doesn’t contain maple syrup. Every jar is filled with golden sweetness straight from hardworking bees, harvested from fields that we glow under the evening sun. We like to think that each night, the bees and maple trees ponder the mysteries of sugar-making as they watch the sunset over the fields.
While maple syrup will always hold the top spot in our hearts, this honey is a very close second. Its rich, floral flavor is smooth, naturally sweet, and perfect for drizzling over toast, stirring into tea, sweetening baked goods, or simply enjoying straight from the spoon. It’s a little taste of sunshine in a jar, and proof that even when we stray from maple, the sweetness stays magical.
