Product Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order if anything is wrong, and we will do our best to make it right.

We cannot accept returns on any food products. However, If you are unhappy with a non-food item that you purchased, we will refund or exchange the value of the product. We do not refund shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and exchanges, and we can only offer one replacement per customer.

Shipping Damage / Lost Packages

Harwood Gold is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We package our breakable products very well, so breakage during shipping is the responsibility of the mail carrier.

Take photos of the damage, as well as the shipping label. You must provide photos to prove your claim. You can either send the photos to us at support@harwoodgold.com, or you can file a claim yourself with the mail carrier. If we file the claim for you, once we’ve been reimbursed, we will reship the items that were damaged.
