Tart and lively
Our Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Spread is a mouth-watering celebration of sweet strawberries and tart, lively rhubarb – the classic pairing that signals summer in Michigan. We blend these vibrant fruits with our caramelly pure maple syrup, which rounds out the tang and adds a warm, velvety sweetness that makes every bite irresistible.
The result is a bright, sweet-tangy preserve that feels right at home on the breakfast table or the dessert cart. Spoon it over pancakes, waffles, yogurt, or warm biscuits. Bake it into crumbles, bars, or muffins. Drizzle it over cheesecake or vanilla ice cream. No matter how you enjoy it, this Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Spread brings a little sunshine to whatever you’re serving.

About our maple fruit spreads
Our maple fruit spreads are a little love letter to Northern Michigan’s favorite crops – bright, bold fruit perfectly paired with our rich, caramelly maple syrup. Each batch is made slowly and simply, using only natural ingredients and sweetened exclusively with pure Michigan maple syrup. Trust us: swapping out white sugar for pure maple syrup makes a magical difference.
We keep things clean and honest – no refined sugar, no preservatives, no funny business. Every maple fruit spread we make is vegan, crafted with gluten-free ingredients, and ready to upgrade everything from your morning toast to your midnight snack.
Fruit spread vs jam
Many people ask us, what is the difference between a fruit spread and a jam?
A fruit spread typically has actual pieces of fruit, while jam is made with pureed fruit. Our fruit spreads are made with whole berries or chopped pieces of larger fruits, which are then simmered in pure maple syrup.
A typical fruit spread is made by cooking whole fruit with sugar. We just replace the white sugar with pure maple syrup!
