This Asian-style hot sauce has been given a North American twist with pure maple syrup. We ferment five different peppers with garlic, then sweeten it to perfection with our pure maple syrup. The rich flavor of the maple syrup balances the heat of the peppers. It is sure to liven up just about anything that you eat, from pizza to vintage cheddar souffle. The only limit is your creativity.
Sweet ways to eat
- Add to marinades for grilling
- Baste over fish, chicken or pork
- Drizzle over scrambled eggs or an omelette
- Add to salad dressings

Note: Occasionally we use an ingredient in a product that contains sugar. For example, our BBQ Sauce contains Worcestershire Sauce which contains sugar. The ‘Made with Maple’ badge simply means that the only sugar we add as an ingredient is pure maple syrup.
