Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup
Sweet, fragrant, and a little bit irresistible. We take our Amber Rich pure maple syrup and cozy it up with delicately sweet cinnamon. We add the whole cinnamon quill, slowly infusing the syrup with warm, woody magic. As it sits, the aroma deepens, the flavor softens, and the maple and cinnamon become best friends.
Cinnamon traces its roots back to Sri Lanka, which makes this infusion a natural match for Middle Eastern and Indian dishes. But it’s just as dreamy drizzled over apple pies, banana bread, roasted pears, or anything chocolatey. Basically, if it’s dessert, this syrup probably wants to be invited.
Sweet ways to eat
- Pour over pancakes, waffles, french toast, crepes
- Add to an apple crisp recipe
- Drizzle over roasted pears
- Drizzle over fresh fruit salad
- Mix into frosting for banana muffins
- Drizzle over a chocolate scone (or add into the recipe)
