Sugar Plum Maple Spread
One of our limited batch spreads, available in fall/winter.
You’ll have visions of sugar plums dancing in your head after eating this tangy sweet spread.
Fresh plums from a nearby farm combined with our pure maple syrup create this special seasonal spread. Its tangy sweetness is divine over roast duck – either use in the glaze while cooking or drizzle over before serving. It’s also a very tasty addition to a charcuterie board. It pairs well with mild blue cheese or smoked cheese, where it really highlights the smokiness.
Of course it’s also lovely drizzled over ice cream, yogurt, croissants, waffles, or crepes.
